NOTICE:  Please read the following information carefully before using this website.  By using this web site, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

Use of  Site.  NTA, Inc. ("NTA") grants you permission to view and download Documents (such as white papers, press releases, datasheets and FAQs) from this domain or website ("Site"), provided that:

(1)  the information provided to NTA for the purpose of establishing and maintaining your account is accurate and truthful; and

(2) you are not directly or indirectly employed by a third-party agency or organization, other than NTA, that provides services similar to those of NTA; and

(3) the below copyright notice and the permission notice appear in all copies; and

(4)   use of such Documents from this Site is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only and any and all materials contained herein shall not be distributed to any third persons, copied and/or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media; and

(5) no modifications of any Documents, programs, and/or materials contained herein are made. 

Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

Accessible Documents specified above do not include the design or layout of the NTA, eDAPIA, or eAPPROVAL websites.  Elements of NTA's websites are protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, domain registration, unfair competition, and other laws and shall not be copied, used, or imitated in whole or in part. Logos, graphics, sounds or images from any NTA website shall not be copied, reproduced in any manner or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by NTA.

Accounts and Security.  Several services provided on this Site require you to open and account and maintain contract with NTA.  Once an account is established, you will choose a password and user name.  Furthermore, the person for which an account is registered with NTA shall be the only user of the account which bearing their name.  Information provided and maintained by NTA for the purposes of controlling account access must be accurate and truthful.  Any changes to your registration information must be submitted to NTA immediately.  Any individuals or organizations that submit untruthful or deceptive registration information are fully responsible for any and all losses and damages, financial or otherwise, incurred by NTA and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.  You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.  Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account and you take full responsibility for any and all losses, damages, or injury caused by the use thereof, including any and all losses and damages, financial or otherwise, incurred by NTA resulting from the direct or indirect use of your account, knowingly or unknowingly, by unauthorized and/or prohibited individuals or organizations.  Prohibited users of NTA's electronic services include any and all persons directly or indirectly employed by a third-party agency or organization, other than NTA, that provides services similar to those of NTA.  You agree to notify NTA immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, or of any other breach of security.  NTA will not be liable for any loss that you or any third party may incur as a result of unauthorized use of your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You hereby agree to save, indemnify, hold harmless and defend (including but not limited to the payment of attorneys fees, court costs, and expenses) NTA, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, as a result of any and all losses, claims, damages, actions, or causes of action brought against NTA, Inc., clients or any third parties as a result of unauthorized, inappropriate, negligent, or intentional use and/or misuse of your account or password.  You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

User Submissions.  Any material, information or other communication you transmit or post to this Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary ("Communications").  NTA will have no obligations with respect to the Communications.  NTA, its designees, and users of this site will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the Communications and all data, images, sounds, text, programs, codes, and other thing embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.  You are prohibited from posting, or transmitting to or from this Site any proprietary information, unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material, that would violate any law, statute, ordinance, or treaty.

Approved Documents.  Documents approved by NTA ("Approvals"), such as engineering drawings and calculations, DAPIA Manuals, Construction Plans, and Quality Assurance Manuals, and posted on this Site are intended for exclusive use by the party to whom approval was granted.  Unauthorized access to Approvals and/or use of such Approvals or documents by those without proper authorization or consent is strictly prohibited.  Use or duplication of such Approvals and/or documents shall not be made without the consent of the party to whom approval was granted.  NTA is not responsible for the security, use, or accuracy of any Approvals and/or documents that have been downloaded, exported, saved, stored, printed, or transferred in any manner, on any medium, or imported into any information retrieval system of any kind outside this Site.  Furthermore, document approval and/or review by NTA does not authorize or approve violations, omissions, or any deviations from the requirements, of applicable local, state, federal and/or international laws or treaties.

Third Party Sites.  Links exist on this Site which allow you to enter third party sites.  The linked sites are not under the control of NTA and NTA is not responsible for the contents or use of any linked site or any links contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites.  NTA is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by NTA of the site, its contents, or its creator, nor does NTA make any representations about the linked site.  If you decide to access any of the non-NTA sites linked to this Site, you do this entirely at you own risk.

Modification of Terms.  NTA reserves the right to revise these terms of use at any time by updating this posting.  You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions because they are binding on you.  Your use of the NTA's sites/services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.  Certain provisions of these terms of use may be superseded by expressly designated notices or terms located on particular pages at this site.

Trademarks.  eDAPIA, eAPPROVAL, ntainc.com, modularapproval.com, edapia.com (in text only, not addresses), and other names, logos, icons, and marks identifying NTA products and services referenced herein are either trademarks, servicemarks or domain names of or owned by NTA, and may not be used without prior written permission of NTA.  Other product, company, and organization names listed are trademarks, trade names, service marks, or domain names of their respective companies.  Unless otherwise noted, the example companies, organizations, products, and logos depicted in demonstration sections herein are fictitious, and no association with any real person, company, organization, product, or logo is intended or should be inferred.

Privacy.  NTA shall not provide to any unauthorized person your account number or password.  Use of private password and/or account numbers or codes will be needed to access documents such as engineering drawings and calculations, DAPIA Manuals, Construction Plans, Quality Assurance Manuals, and code synopsis information.
